Although you don't need to eat anywhere near the same amount of a non-vegan to build a lot of muscle, you can still build a lot of muscle even if you want to follow the same high protein guidelines that most non-vegan bodybuilders follow. I'll show you how to take in 1g to 1.25g of protein per pound of bodyweight and still build a lot of muscle. That's how I did it the first time I built muscle on vegan diet. Enjoy!
